Marketing a home effectively can allow a buyer to be at home, view the home and picture themselves living in it not needing to ask any further questions because the marketing was done properly. If not done effectively you will take a significant lesser price.
Upon your home hitting the market it's important to determine open house opportunities and showing time restrictions.Buyers in this age can spring short notice showing requests often so being prepared is important. If you work late nights or early mornings together we will determine a showing schedule that is cohesive to your personal commitments. Open houses are a great opportunity to get foot traffic in the home discussing this prior to listing and whether you as the seller are comfortable it.
As a seller it is vital for us to pay attention to buyers feedback of course within reason. I personally collect feedback and provide it to you raw allowing us to make any changes necessary.
