Buying a property and how that looks

After determining availability, showings can be requested to properties allowing us a selected timeframe to view. Often buyers will continue to circle through properties not fully understanding what they are looking for, so I take great detail of likes and dislikes as we view homes to tailor our search as we continue to work together.

When we find the home that you can envision yourself in, we will present an offer to the seller. The contract is quite complicated so it is important that we go through it step by step making sure you fully understand it and are comfortable with it. An offer will include a price that we will come up with collectively based on recent sales or a price that we think is fair. This step can be an emotional and stressful time because of that I have developed an ability to make it not so stressful by keeping you updated throughout the negotiation process

Upon having an offer accepted, we celebrate because purchasing a home is exciting and worthy of a celebration. Depending on the type of purchase there may be due-diligences required by us to fulfill. 

Like I mentioned, purchasing a home is something that you should be proud of and efficient communication will encourage a purchase to be something that you'll want to remember. I make myself readily available and aim to keep you fully informed and educated from start to finish.

There is no time frame on how long it should take for us to find the home you are looking for. The perfect home requires that feeling in your stomach when you walk through the door. Whether it takes 1 month, 10 months or 2 years the level of communication and dedication does not change. The market is no simple feat, whether its your first home or your investment property the same level of care and due-diligence is applied.
