Before we start looking at homes, I want to know what you're actually looking for.
Not just bedrooms, bathrooms and price range. What neighbourhood feels right? What does your commute look like? What are your plans over the next few years? What are the must-haves and what can you live without? The better I understand what matters to you, the better I can help you find it.
Local Knowledge Goes a Long Way
I work throughout Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission and the Fraser Valley, and knowing these communities is a big part of what I bring to the table. Sometimes two homes only a few blocks apart can be very different purchases. I'll help you look beyond the listing and understand the neighbourhood, recent sales, property history, strata information, future resale potential and anything else that could affect your decision. Because a good purchase isn't just about loving the home today. It's about feeling good about what you bought years from now.

You don't need someone beside you pointing out the granite countertops.

When You Find It, We Have a Plan
When the right property comes along, things can move quickly.
We'll look at comparable sales, market conditions, competition and the details of the property before deciding how to approach the offer. Then I'll negotiate on your behalf and help structure an offer that makes sense for you not just one designed to get a deal done. Price matters. But so do terms, conditions, dates and knowing when to push — and when not to.
